The year was 1981, fresh out of college, newly wed, Bruce Nicol decided he wanted to open up his own pizza joint, with very little money but tons of determination he talked his brother Scott into going into business together. Through their past years of work experience in the pizza industry and experimentation, the two of them created the perfect recipe for our freshly baked rolls, our hand tssed pizzas and our signature pizza and spaghetti sauces. Throuh these recipes and our blend of 100% real mozzerela and provolone cheese, we have created what we believe the best tasting pizza. The first few years were such a success that they expanded in 1983 then again in 1985 and another major renovation in 1991 and now our newest look in 2010.
Still serving the 29 year old authentic recipes, Nicollettis prides itself on serving the best pizza in a fun family style atmosphere.
